GROUP FITNESS SESSIONS ON YOUR BIKE
ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME

Don’t use the bad weather as an excuse not to train over the winter. Kathy Watt Cycling is holding windtrainer sessions to help you stay motivated over winter. The sessions are designed to keep your fitness levels up if you don’t have time during the day or the weather doesn’t permit it. The sessions are for all fitness levels and cover everything from cadence work to hill and strength work. They are run four nights a week. If you don’t have a windtrainer, we have them available for hire on the night for an additional $10.
